A: You will be sent an email confirmation after completing the sign-up process. Clicking on the link inside of this email will confirm your email address. If you do not see a confirmation email within a few minutes of finishing the sign-up process, check your Spam or Junk mail folder.
Q: How can get a personal doll for my Digital Dollhouse?
A: Soon, DigitalDollhouse will give our members the opportunity to put their faces on a personal doll. Check back soon for more details.
Q: Can users communicate with each other on DigitalDollhouse.com?
A: Digital Dollhouses does not have a chat feature, but users can communicate with each other by voting on each others' snapshots. In any case, there is no opportunity for users to share personal information, which helps keep kids safe and parents confident that their child's information stays private.
Q: Where does my furniture show up after I’ve purchased it?
A: When furniture is purchased, it shows up in the Play Area of the site, within the users design palette. From there it is available to be placed in the house.
Q: In which currencies can I pay with my credit card?
A: Currently, DDH accepts USD.
Q: Do I need real money to play at DigitalDollhouse.com?
A: One can register for a free account, purchase a premium account("allowance") or buy ddCoins cards. Allowances and ddCoins cards require the use of real money.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Any major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX. We do not accept checks or PayPal at this time for purchases on DigitalDollhouse
Q: What is PayPal and can I use it for payment?
A: PayPal allows registered users to make payments for goods and services online. At this time, Digital Dollhouse does not accept PayPal.
Q: Is there a spending limit?
A: There is no spending limit, but users must have sufficient ddCoins to pay for intended purchases. Users can purchase ddCoins on Digital Dollhouse or earn them through site features.
Q: What does my computer need for me to play at Digital Dollhouse?
A: Digital Dollhouse supports all modern web browsers and Adobe Flash 10 and later. We recommend Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 7 and Safari 3.
Q: How long does it take for a gift to reach my friend’s account?
A: Your friend will receive it right away. As soon as your order at the Boutique is completed, your friend will see a gift box appear in the design and play area.
Q: How do I cash in a gift that I have received?
A: Gifts may not be cashed in, they may only be used within the Digital Dollhouse Play Area.

A: Users may report bad behavior on DigitalDollhouse.com by sending an email to abuse@digitaldollhouse.com and a member of the DigitalDollhouse team will look into the matter quickly.

A: Users can post pictures of their houses in the snapshot gallery where other registered users may vote on the quality of those pictures.

A: We ask for parents' email address in order to ensure the security of our users. As parents ourselves, t is important to Digital Dollhouse that parents are able to know what their children are doing online. We are committed to keeping kids safe in a chat free environment.

A: Yes, all transactions are completed through an encrypted site, ensuring that your credit card and personal information stays private.
Q: What can my child do at DigitalDollhouse.com?
- Once a child has registered at DigitalDollhouse.com, he or she may purchase furniture and decorations to be used within their own dollhouse. Children may also post snapshots of their unique creations and review the snapshots of other members.

Q: Does it cost anything?
- Digital Dollhouse offers a free account which allows visitors to access the basic Victorian house, including 6 items and 1000 ddCoins they can use to furnish their house. Users may also earn ddCoins by participating on the site, and ddCoins may be used to purchase furniture for houses.
- Alternately, Digital Dollhouse offers paid Allowances, which act as monthly subscriptions that give users 1000 or more ddCoins per month, and allow access to special features such as the Beach House (and later other Digital Dollhouse houses).
Q: Why can’t everything be free at DigitalDollhouse.com?
A: Digital Dollhouse relies upon the work of programmers, designers and artists to create the most compelling experience possible. In order to cover their costs and to pay for the cost of running a large website such as Digital Dollhouse, some products may be available only as paid content. However, Digital Dollhouse wants to ensure the participation of as many people as possible, so we offer daily gifts and other free offers to all of our customers.
